Shipping

Most in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days of the time of the order.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include what pieces shipped and carrier tracking information. We cannot change an address that is already in transit.  We cannot forward packages or ship to forwarding addresses.

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address.  We cannot guarantee that your address will be changed to the correct address in time.  Please email us at info@pakxejewelry.com.

If your package was returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

We offer free standard shipping in the USA.  If you need your order expedited please check that option at checkout for additional fees. Note: Rates will vary based on your preference and location.

Pakxe Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For any questions regarding tracking the customer is responsible for contacting the shipper for further details and/or open a claim.
